How i can help

As a doula, I help you create a plan for bringing your baby home. I provide informational, emotional, and physical support as you transition into a new phase of parenthood.

POSTPARTUM DOULA SUPPORT

  • Consultation and Client Intake Interview

  • Unlimited Virtual Postpartum Support (email, text, call)

  • In-Person Support

    • Basic Infant Care & Education

    • Breast/Chest & Bottle Feeding Assistance

    • Comfort Measures for Physical Recovery

    • Perinatal Mental Health Advocacy

    • Referrals to Providers

    • Planning Visitors, Meal Trains, Appointments, and More

    • Errands

    • Light Household Support

    • Meal Prep & Clean Up

$40/Hour, 6 Hour Minimum

  • Choice of Location

  • Unlimited Photos (typically around 50-75+)

  • Personal Online Gallery

$250*

*Price is for either Fresh 48 or Newborn Photography, not both.

Examples of How a Postpartum Doula Can Help…

MEAL PREPARATION

Fridge not stocked? No worries... I will go to the store for you. Need breakfast or a snack? Postpartum doulas do that!

BASIC NEWBORN CARE

Nervous about that first bath? I can teach you. Yucked out by diapers? I got it! I am here to walk you through the newborn days.

BOTTLE AND BREASTFEEDING

Help with nursing, pumping, or bottle feeding? I can assist. I can even wash bottles and pump parts while you snuggle your baby.

CATCH UP ON SLEEP

Need a break from night duty? Would you like a quick nap during the day? I’ll take care of the baby.

EMOTIONAL SUPPORT

Have questions? Just want to chat? Have a worry or concern? I will help you navigate if you want, but I can also just listen.

REFERRALS

When you have a question or concern beyond my scope of practice or area of expertise, I will refer you to the very best experts and resources in our community.

I am proud to be a Tricare-authorized provider. Tricare offers reimbursement for beneficiaries giving birth in a non-military hospital or birth center.
