$40/Hour, 4 Hour Minimum Per Day

Examples of How a Postpartum Doula Can Help…

MEALS & HOUSEHOLD SUPPORT

I’m here to lighten the load at home, whether that means preparing a meal, washing bottles and pump parts, folding baby laundry, tackling the dishes, or helping with everyday household tasks.

NEWBORN CARE

I can care for your newborn while you rest, or guide you through diaper changes, burping, soothing, swaddling, and more so you feel confident caring for your baby.

FEEDING SUPPORT

Breastfeeding, pumping, bottle-feeding, or a combination—we’ll meet you where you are and make feeding feel a little less overwhelming.

SLEEP SUPPORT

I’ll help you understand your newborn’s sleep patterns, establish age-appropriate routines, and care for your baby while you take time to rest and recover.

EMOTIONAL SUPPORT

Some days you need advice. Some days you just need someone to listen. I’m here for both—with compassion and without judgment. I can help you recognize the signs of postpartum mood disorders.

REFERRALS

When you have a question or concern beyond my scope of practice or area of expertise, I will refer you to the very best experts and resources in our community.
