Hi, I’m McKenna! I’m so glad you’re here.

I began my career as a birth doula, but over time I realized something important: we spend months preparing for birth, yet many families are left to navigate the postpartum season on their own. That's when I discovered my true passion—supporting parents during the fourth trimester.

That calling became even more personal after the birth of my own son. Following a premature birth, a NICU stay, and a season of unexpected challenges, I experienced firsthand how life-changing compassionate support can be. The professionals who cared for me helped me heal, regain confidence, and feel seen during one of the hardest seasons of my life. I knew I wanted to provide that same support for other families.

As your postpartum doula, my goal is to help you feel cared for, confident, and never alone. Whether you need newborn support, practical guidance, a chance to rest, or simply someone in your corner, I'm here to meet you where you are with compassion, encouragement, and evidence-based care.
